Is There a Site Like This?

I'm a retired web dev of over 28 years, you name it, PHP, Perl, Javascript, all with an OOP approach, the only languages I never got into very deep were C langs. The reason for mentioning this . . .

Is there any site where users can enter call sign, location, and general times they're on?

The closest I've seen is Non Sponsor website] this one by non sponsor website but it's based in the U.K. and is not very robust or well used.

I know CB has taken a dive after the advent of cell phones but there are lots of users out there (just check channel 6 LOL . . . ) My thinking is mostly users would enter call signs, location, bands/channels they are using, and times they are on (for their time zone.) It would be completely searchable and only reference maps if requested by link, not as a starting point. So a typical user could look in users in their area and see, "Hey, MotorMouth FoxyJaw will be on around 8 tonight."

I know traction will be slow but as I said I'm retired, but if it's already been done (well) no use in hammering the keys and banging out code.

Welcome to the forum.

Not many CB sites around as their own website but a lot on Facebook, X, instagram, etc. we did use the chat mchat to see who was on. also ther is this chat as well, https://discord.com/channels/1052788038 ... 9358890026 .

Thanks, I don't see anything at that link. Discord has always been a mess for me, never got anything useful from it. I use HexChat for IRC, but that's gone the way of CB, doesn't seem to be as much activity back in the day and very few radio channels.
